Question about fuel pump

Who makes the best fuel pump replacement? I've noticed here lately that about 5 out of 10 times after starting it up and accelerating that the Jeep nearly dies. After giving it more gas it rapidly accelerates, throwing me back into my seat lol. I had an 88' and it did the same thing so I recognize the problem instantly. I figure I bettere start looking into a replacement before I end up along the side of the road somewhere. Oh yeah, I have a 99' Classic w/ 118K.

TPS(Throttle Position Sensor) maybe. (?) :dunno:my thought exactly. I'd change the filter and hook up a cheap pressure gauge and watch it before tearing into the pump. Could be the FPR too I suppose (if it's a fueling problem)
