Will this work for a 1998 Jeep with a NP231, and what is 1310 cv yoke?

Ya it looks like it will, it says 231. A 1310 CV Yoke is the yoke at the end of the output shaft. 1310 refers to the u-joint, and 1310 is the stock Jeep ujoint for the driveshaft. This just means that a driveshaft with a ujoint on the end will bolt to it, rather than a flange.
