I'm pretty sure that would be in the fuse panel on the pass side floor. I don't have my owners manual with me but that is where I am thinking it is at...

owners manual doesnt have the fuse diagram in it

Pg 194 of Owners manual has the diagram. Fuse panel is located on front passenger kick panel. The Power outlet fuse is a 25 Amp fuse and is the top left fuse. The Cigarette lighter is the second one down from the top left. It is a 25 Amp natural Fuse. Hope this helps.

Stickies are your friend. Look at the top of OEM Tech for 2000/2001 Fuse Diagram. It's identical to my '99s. Should be the same for you.
