best place for slave cyl

slave cyl on my 99 4.0 took a crap over the weekend while I was 130 miles away from home. drove home all 130 miles with essentially NO CLUTCH.
anywho
where did you guys get a new slave from? how much did you pay?
do they all come as an assembly or do some come as just a slave and have a bleed screw on them which the OEM one doesnt have
