So I bought my jeep a little over a year ago, having the build in mind. I wanted to make it for the best of both worlds, rock crawling and jeep speed. With this in mind I went with the Full Traction 6in long arm kit, Sye kit, Cv driveshaft and 33x12.50 BFG Mud Terrains. Financing the build with the sale of my 1988 Jeep Wrangler(4in lift 33x12.50 MT/Rs).
I took a few pictures of the stock Cherokee flexing on my homemade RTI ramp. With all the sway bars connected and completely stock.

Once all the parts arrived the build began.

We decided to start in the rear, after work we had almost all of it finished. We only had a few minor problems such as rusted bolts breaking , having to drill and tap 4 holes (don’t buy cars from Colorado). Leaf springs, extended bumps, brake lines, shocks and relocated the emergency brake lines and brackets. We also decided to mount up the rear tires in case something went wrong it would be stable instead of up on jack stands. I also took some pictures of the stock parts compared to aftermarket

The following day we started on the front and removing the transfer case. The front tear down went surprisingly fast, besides the upper control arms, and a few bolts on the stock transfer case skid plate

I decided to plate the upper and lower control arm mounts after seeing my buddy tear his off his wrangler. Also installed the bump stop extensions and gave the axel a quick paint job.

Then I removed the stock lower control arm brackets, and mounted up the upper and lower mounts that came with the kit. Once I figured out how they all went together they were very easy to install

Installed the track bar bracket and track bar, and then moved on to the control arms. Once the arms were installed we moved the front axel into position and started to put all the loose ends together

So after all of the hard work this was the result!

So over all I am very happy with the kit, took it out to a MDR race this weekend and it preformed very well. On the road it is amazing really does perform better than stock. No body sway or death wobble and very tight on the road. Off-road is just the same. The faster you go the better it feels and through the woops it handled very well, almost too well, started to get excited and bottomed out the suspension a few times. Kept up with my buddies mildly built ranger, and with some limit straps, air bumps and some 2.5s might exceed. The articulation is very good, trimmed the fenders and have not rubbed, some people say that Full Traction is not the greatest kit for flex but I disagree.
So overall I believe that Full Traction makes a very good lift kit that is almost completely bolt on that will work well for rock crawling and Jeep speed.

Pros: articulation, on and off-road capabilities, very good handling at high speeds, True long arm 4 link.

Cons: modification of exhaust, slight rubbing of lower control arms at full turn when articulated.

I used billstein 5100s thats what my buddy at 4 wheel parts recommended, ill put some more track bar pics up soon.

Two underneath shots, kind of hard to tell, but the track bar comes with a new upper bracket that drops it lower on the driver side, and it mounts stock location on the passenger side.

Control arm mounts, the uppers mount on the inside, closer to the engine.
