hi , i am getting code p0123 . high voltage at TPS . what can be the causes for this code ? i get a reading of 5.6 V with the ignition in the "on" position .

Not to be a smart a$$, but it's probably the tps, map or one of the other sensors in the area. I've done alot of research in the past couple days on the tps and surrounding sensors and they all work together. That code can mean any of them. There are test procedures to check 'em out. Just Google 'tps test procedures'.
