to those of you who did the 97+ grill swap

i am having trouble getting the 97+ grill to fit. it turns out the lines to the a/c condenser(i think thats what is called the second radiator thingy) is getting in the way. did anyone else have this problem? i might just yank the whole a/c system. its not like a need it anymore anyway

i did a search and found that people suggest trimming behind the panel. what if i wack the hard lines out of the way with a big hammer? do u think they will break?
