This is a new item from Warrior Products.
I've had the chance to test these and I actually very much prefer them over the urethane handle holders. I find those still rattle. With the velcro strap, the handle was completely silent. This is due to being able to secure the handle as tight as you can get it to the body of the jack.
The Warrior strap is usually packaged in their 1540 TJ and 1542 JK Hood Hinge Mounts for the Hi-Lift, but they also sell this strap as a single.
It's constructed from 2" nylon strap with Velcro to secure it, and is made in the USA. No China junk here.
