Hi

Just purchased a new reman 4,0L engine(coming soon) for my 97 XJ and may take som more mods on my way before closing the hood.

i.e.:
Hating that Visco fan system and thinking of swapping to electric.
Anyone inside this forum done that, been there and have som links to provide ?

Here's what I did with three 10" Flex-A-Lite trimline series fans.

The center and passenger side fans are on their own flex-a-lite theremostat controller, while the fan on the driver's side is run off of the stock electric fan wiring. It never gets hot enough to ever turn on the driver's side fan. And I have yet to make a shroud, although it's a thing to do on my list. It actually runs too cold on the highway in the winter.

Also running 3 core all metal CSF radiator and OEM Jeep 195 degree thermostat.

Blaine.....

01 U used a 10" trimline, remember the model number?

02 You used 2 off the 10" in parallel?. may I also use one of the same as a replacement for the AC fan as well? and forget any shroud? (anyone know what CFM the OEM - AC fan is rated for?)

Any price idea ?
