Another Fender Trim Question.....

Previous owner trimmed fenders and used bolts to tie the stock flares down, above where the factory plate had been.
I dont really want to go that high, but are there any pics out there to show what it would look like and running 32's with a 4.5?
I would accept the big wells, but with tiny tires, it might not look as good.
 :(

32" Dunlop Mud Rovers, 4.5" RE6130 with Drop Brackets. BPI Fab (now marketed by Poison Spyder) front bumper, with a wee bit of trimming on the front of the front wheel opening to make everything fit. The tires are on 15x7 AR767 rims with 4" backspacing.

Complete specs available at http://www.yuccaman.com/jeep/myjeep.html - the Jeep is now sitting on 33x10.50 with removed front fenders.

I haven't trimmed the fenders yet; I only needed to cut the front lip off when I installed my BPI bumper. From http://www.yuccaman.com/jeep/bpi.html:

that's the beginning of the cut, I folded about 0.5" of the remaining lip under.

I've only pulled the fenders off now that I have the 33x10.50s on. I hope to cut in the next week or so.

Yucca, I think that I am going to just patch and fill the bolt holes where the owner went thru the fender just above the transition line. That way i can retain some respectability in the fender. I do want to paint it though later, that would give me an excuse.
Say, how do you like those Dunlops?
