Making custom fuel lines?

How would I go about making custom fuel lines? I'm converting my '88 MJ to MPI and the '93 XJ lines that connect to the fuel rail don't match up with my '88 hard lines. They use the same connectors, but are the wrong lengths. I can't see how I would duplicate the stock connectors. I've been trying to research aftermarket connectors also, but need a shove in the right direction from anybody with experience.

get fuel line, pipe cutter, flaring tool, bender, and new fittings(or use your old ones) and make you own lines. for aftermarket connector, look to see what they have at jegs or summit.
