You will need a 29 spline carrier, side gears, and shafts. Although you will not have to do a complete diff set up(the pinion depth should be OK) you will need to set the backlash to spec. The rear will most likely be a little noisy until the gears wear in. If you decide to go to a lower ratio then a complete set up of the rear would have to be done.
In my opinion I would just get a 29 spline rear out of junker.
This pic shows the difference in diameter of the axle shafts, a little makes a big difference!
This pic shows the difference between the side gears and why you need to swap carriers as well. The side gears on the 29 spline need a larger "hole" in the carrier in order to fit.
