Cleaning plastic

What is the very best stuff to use to clean heavily soiled plastic...dash, interior panels, etc? I bought a complete dash and trim set for my project MJ that arrived very grubby but in excellent shape otherwise.

For badly soiled plastic, I'll use either Simple Green or LPS Precision Clean (depending upon what's staining it - if it's greasy paw prints, the LPS...) Use either full strength.
