BrettM's AWShifting Controller Troubles

I've got an email into Brett already trying to figure out the issue, but I thought I'd post here anyways, cause his responses are sometimes a little slower than ideal (I'd really like to have this running for a couple events over the next couple weekends)

Basically, I've got this thing wired up, I've double and tripple and quadruple checked wiring.

In drive and running I flip the switch, the LED on my rocker switch lights up, and none of the gear LED's light up...and the tranny still stays in auto mode.

Flip the tq conv switch, no light, nothing happens.

Anyone have a similar experience?

Did you snip the wires between the connectors on the harness?

Yes. I didn't use the cheesy pinch connectors either.

I'm basically 99.9% positive that the wiring is perfect. I talked with Brett by email, he gave me a few things to test, otherwise the box may be DOA.
