So about 4months ago I got the brakes worked on. Put Mopar pads on and the mechanic resurfaced the rotors. Now it started to make this REALLY REALLY REALLY annoying ass noise. Everytime the jeep's rolling, I can hear the squeek coming from the front brake. As the Jeep rolls faster the more squeek there are. Squeek stops once I step on the brake. I know it's not the rear drums because I got them re-adjusted at the same time I changed the pads on the front and the squeek doesn't stop when I engage the e-brake.

Squeek squeek squeek squeek sqik sqik SQIK SQIK SQK SQK!!!

So what can this be? Warped rotors or something with the pin on the caliper? Help me this thing's driving me nuts. Hasta

apply disc brake quiet to back of calipers. Common problem, no big deal

mine does the same thing and I used a buttload of brake quiet on the back of the pads & calipers :dunno:
