I'm trying to track down my headlight relays on my '90 XJ. I found the ones on top of the right fenderwell. Unfortunately, the cover with the diagram of which is which is missing so I have no clue what my various relays are for. Here's my symptoms - One night I went out to drive the Cherokee and the headlights didn't come on. I've already replaced the switch and things are still the same - the dash lights up, and both the turn and high beam indicators are on, regardless of what position the turn/high beam switch is in. But no headlights, tailights, or parking lights.

Thanks,
Hank

There is no fuse or relay. There is a fusible link (those colored wires on the starter relay) and a dimmer switch.
There is also a splice in the feed wires to the headlights under the air box where I would start.
Also test the ground wire for the lights.
