90 LAREDO O.H.CONSOLE PROBLEM

Greetings,My Overhead Consoles Compass & Temp. Guage works then goes wacky with heiroglyphics then goes completely blank. Anyone have this problem or know how to fix? Any HELP would be greatly appreciated. Thank You, BUS

Mine does the same when it gets wet, come to think of it so doesn't my radio,it just displays "MPX".

Mine did that and then quit working. I pulled the console today and checked the power and ground wires, if I did this right they're ok, quess I'm going to need a new display
Anybody know where I could find one?

i blew out 2 surface mount capacitors so mine sometimes doesn't retain the calibration. i think this is from jump starting it backwards and making the battery explode. this was before i bought it.


if any or has the schematic it would be great. i got a crappy one from the us patent office.

Oh and when the temp sensor gets wet min says some crazy cold temp like -34
