Changing a double U joint.

I know, there is a lot of threads on how to change a U joint. But how to change a double U joint. (XJ front driveshaft) I removed the first one easily, but the second one is a hell to get out. I removed the center ball, that is broken, and there is a little rubber cup(broken too) that seams to be a part of the driveshaft. Anyone has a pic of a disassembled front d-shaft. ??

Can it be changed alone ??
 
I don't see anything 'broken' in that pic. Once you get it to that stage, press the second u-joint out and replace. Definitely read the link above to Stu's website.

Yeah, the little rubber cup is replaceable - but I'm also looking for a part number on it. All of mine (three project driveshafts) are torn, and I'd really like to get a front shaft back together before the snowy season really starts.
