XJ axle in a YJ

So an owner of a 89 wrangler is interested in the 8.25 axle(96) I have advertised. What will he need to do make the swap work(spring perches, shock mounts, drive shaft, etc)?

Is it 29 spline or 27 spline? If its 29 spline, sure its worth it. Its not that much work to do with access to a welder.

I wouldnt bother for a 27 spline 8.25 though.
