bumper fab question

i'm getting my buddy to fabricate a front winch bumper with tabs for d-rings but i'm not sure what i should put for mounting fog lights? what should i have him put on so that ican mount fog lights? i'm not really sure how most lights mount to bumpers.

most just have a D shaped tab with a hole in it, most lights use a stud from the bottom side that goes doen through the tab.

Drill two holes in the top of the bumper when he's done.

Put lights in them.

That would work as long as it's not a tube or box steel bumper.......

If you need to mount lights right into the box tube, weld a nut flush in the top.

If it's a winch bumper though, there should be plenty of room in the skirt to drill a hole.
