jeep runs like a misfire right now..doesnt always start on its own without a little throttle. if it does start on its own, it needs throttle anyway because it is stumbling hard on start.

Injectors were thought to be the issue, replaced, no change.

Does this mean i should be checking the plugs/harness? Where should i be looking for the other end of the injector wiring to test continuity if that is indeed my best course of action?

suggestions?

Yes, I believe you have a wiring problem. It's possible its a bad computer but not likely.

One side of the injector plug goes to the Autoshutdown relay and the switched side goes to the engine computer. Looking at a 98 FSM, the DB/OR wire at the injectors is the asd relay and pins on the computer are as follows. I believe the realy feeds the +12volts and the computer switches the ground on the injectors.

On connector C2 at the ECM.
B4 - WH/DB = Injector 1
B5 - YL/WH = Injector 3
B6 - PK/BK = Injector 5
B15 - Tan = Injector 2
B16 - LB/BR = Injector 4
