started the jeep and moved it around to the back of my house. came out 2 hours later and it wouldnt start.
power seems to be good. radio plays, headlights work, you can hear the fuel pump start up.

one thing i noticed is that you can hear an electrical "click" on the passenger side wall where the fuse panels are. like a solenoid/relay click. when you turn the key nothing happens.

any suggestions as to where to start.

Try Checking the Starter Relay (in that fuse panel under the hood) by swapping it with one of the other relays.

The other thing is to tap the starter with a hammer while someone tries to start the jeep. If it starts then you need a new solenoid (easier to just get a new starter)

That clicking you are hearing is either the relay or the solenoid.
