What have I done ?

Couple days ago I was very frustrated from traffic so I floored the gas pedal a couple of times using 1st & 2nd gear.
Since then I have a humming noise In the drivetrain accompagned with vibes that starts at 35 mph (very serious everything rattles inside the cabin) then decreases with speed but still there. Also the sound goes away when I lift off.

What have I done ? What to look for ?

its a 94 AW4 8.25" with 150 k miles

Torque converter is low on torque. That or the blinker fluid is out.

Might have broken a motor or tranny mount, or both.Try lifting the engine, then the tranny with a floor jack and a block of wood under the pans. Just take a LITTLE weight off,you don't need to lift it a lot, and go around and check the mounts. Both of my engine mounts were broke, but you really couldn't see it until we started hoisting the engine out during my motor swap.

Front U joint of the rear DS, the bearings were shot.
