pcv grommet...any macguyver ideas?

I want to replace the grommet on the pcv valve as well as the other end that goes into the intake. The parts are not really available at checkers or anywhere else. Is there any macguyver way you guys have found to do this, or should I just start looking for a junk XJ to grab one. It's a RENIX

I bought them from the dealer, they had them in stock and surprisingly cheap.

yeah, stealership has them, while you are there get an oil fill cap seal, i didnt, and now my engine always a greasy pile of black stuff.

Got mine at the dealer too. Couldn't find it anywhere else. Less than $5 if I remember correctly.

There was/is someone on the forums here who re-did all the PCV lines on his Renix XJ with bright blue heater hose. For the life of me, I can't remember who it was.....but IIRC, there was a write up for it. I'm following along with this thread, as my PVC grommets are leaking as well, and I'm looking to do the heater hose writeup on my XJ.

If anyone knows of this mystery XJ, chime in!!
