Oil Leak At Pick up coil

The bolt that holds down dist.shaft keeps coming loose should there be a lockwasher on that bolt? Has anybody had this problem before have to tighten bolt about every 2 or 3 months when tight oil leak stops can i put loctite on bolt this started when i pulled the shaft to replace sensor in the dist.cap any help would be great!

Well there should be a gasket under the distributor housing .And you must clean out all the oil in the bolt hole for loctite to work correctly.Yes there is a lock washer on that bolt.
My bet is you lost the gasket when the dist was out.
