My 99 has a shiver in the front end after 25mph. I had the front tires balanced, could it be my trac bar?

.............Track bar being one of them....or track bar mount......or tie rod end......or something else bent, broken, cracked, worn out....

Pull your front driveshaft and drive around. If it goes away, that's your problem.
