TJ coils any taller?

Hi all,
Just helped a friend put a 3" lift on his TJ yesterday. Wondering if anyone knows if the stock TJ front coils are any taller than stock xj coils. I did search, but didn't see this. Any help appreciated.

no not taller, actually I think you lose an inch.
seams a lot of TJ owners will use our stock springs to get an inch of lift on their rides.

hehe, not me, but I have some ZJ V8 coils if you want a cheap 1" lift for the front of your XJ
