my plow jeep doesn't see much use in the summer, and hasn't been registered in years. this makes it kind of ideal as a guinea pig for some things. i have acquired the bits for a propane conversion as part of a stroker project that is moving slowly. the propane bits were used, cheap, and incredibly simple to rebuild.
this is a renix era fuel injected four cyl and it runs great still. i want to make is able to put the renix stuff back for winter when i need the plow again. my thought is to just disco the renix stuff for now and find a distributor from a carbureted 2.46.
so ultimately the question is what year xj's and or yj's can i find such a dizzy on. i don't want to spend much as this is really just for kicks.
