Used, still functions properly, just did a function check last night.
No odd noises, has good bearings on it still.
3.54 carriers and up I believe.
This is not a lunchbox, this is a full carrier. You will have to readjust your backlash when you install it, I did it and it was the first time I'd ever done any diff work, it's not terribly difficult.
