Dose anybody know if an engine from a 94 xj fit into a 99 yj grand cherokee?

If they are both 4.0 engines and you swap over the manifolds, distributor and accessories, yes it should work. The temperture sending unit in the back of the head will proabably not be used in the 99 model.
