herculiner, rust, no fun

so i finnaly grew a pair and riped out my carpet!
and oh no!
rust

yep even in south texas theres rust, luckly is only 2 holes over the muffler and over the manifold pipe.

after cleaning up the floorboard i sprayed on some rust killer stuff

then i'll probably just screw in a liscense plate to patch the holes

after that i'll be ready to start herculining

there were some wires in the floorboard one that ran to some stupid sensors(parking break, and seat belts)
and then another set that ran to a little box under the back seat(wires from the box went to under the jeep)
anyone know what that box is?
im guessing for the trailer hook ups

I believe the black box & wires under the back seat are for ABS. JIM.

Fuel Pump?

My MJ had a similar set of wires and i unplugged them and could not start it. Plugged them back and it started.

run the wires in "wiremold" you can get it easily at the local hom improvement/hardware store. Then just herculine over it and the wires will be protected from your feet.
