Rear Rack Lights

Wanting to get some lights tapped into my reverse lights for extra lighting while backing up when im wheelin at night. Wanna know what im getting myself into. Not the best when it comes to electrical stuff. thanks

Don't just tap into the reverse lights for power. Use a relay to turn the lights on and tap into the reverse lights to trigger the relay. You could get a 3-way switch so you can have ON(with reverse)-OFF-ON(Override). Run power from the battery with an appropriate fuse near the battery.
