Two questions

i have done some searching and haven't found anything that sounds like what i have. I own a 94 4.o auto with a 242 4.5 lift... First when I am driving and i take off from the light i hear a rattling noise at the end of first gear right before it shifts to second. I had thought for some time that it was my exhaust cause it was about to fall of but just got a new one welded on and the noise is still there. It's only if i ride it pretty hard from the light but it's there. Second, my driveway is angled up and whenever i start my truck on the driveway it sputters and shakes...any ideas?
