Can't Access Fault Codes

When I turn my ignition; on, off, on, off then on and hold; I get no code -- no flashy-flashy. It just stays on then goes off like it always does.

What am I doing wrong?

I thought, that i had also 21 instead 12,
. So i renewed my O2 sensor. So I do have now only 12 and 55. It is very difficult to see exact the numbers. Stupid system. Well better somthing than nothing. Bye.
