Is this fitting supposed to be plastic, and loose, I barely could fit my hands in there. Anyway I have a leak comin from around that area I think!!?
So I went poking around in there and traced the hose back to the fitting with my fingers, which was tough, and noticed that the hose seems to go back to a plastic fitting possibly, and it felt a little loose, not so loose it would fly off, just a little bit loose. SO what I was thinking is unbolting the crossmember and lowering the tcase and tranny all together with everything still connected and then inspecting it further and replacing that hose with a new one, but if this fitting happens to be plastic I dont think I want to try pulling the hose off of it.
anyone have any input or experiences with this. Thanks in advance
