Blower motor ground??

I've searched with no luck, or overlooked it. I've found lots of threads mentioning how the ground wire can be the problem, but haven't found exactly where it is grounded at.

1995 XJ blower stopped working, hooked up ground wire straight to battery and all speeds work fine, I would just like to know where the ground is so that I can take care of the problem the correct way. I'm an electrical idiot, so any help is greatly appreciated.

I think it's on the dipstick bolt.
