Couple Wheel Spacer/Adapter Questions

Does anybody make a wheel spacer adapter to take a 6x5.5" bolt pattern to either a 5x4.5" like a stock Jeep or the 12x5.5" the military uses on Humvees?

Could have sworn I saw them a couple years ago but forgot where I saw them at.

What would it take hardware wise to go from the 6x5.5 pattern to something like the Humvee pattern?

stock humvee is an eight bolt wheel
