planning on getting ford 8.8 axle out of
95-later explorer, so im wondering do they
come with posi or it's open diff

Absolutely check the tag, I didn't and bought an axle with a limited slip when I thought I was getting an open carrier like the yard guy told me. Now I have to get a carrier in addition to the aussie I was putting in it.
