Tire Question

Hey guys. I'm looking to throw a 3.5" Rubicon Express lift on my 2000 and im looking into something like a BFG mud or all terrain tire. Ive been looking on the bfg website on a 31x10.50 tire, but i'd like to use my stock 16 inch wheels. Does anyone know the size tire to fit those wheels or how wide the wheels actually are?
