I know there are a few of you that have done this, and I'm just looking for a little info on it.
After adding some additional tube to my cage, getting in and out has become a bigger PIA because the steering wheel is in the way. I think having a removable one would make things much easier for me.
I was looking around to see what was out there. Didn't run across anything that was designed specifically for an XJ, but if I recall correctly, my 92 should have a GM steering column....right?
So I came across this one (hopefully the link works):
http://store.summitracing.com/partd...art=GRT-3021&N=400103+304846+115&autoview=sku
If not, it's made my Grant with a part number of 3021. It's designed for the 36-spline GM column.
Will this one work, or am I looking in the wrong places?
Thanks.
