From my earlier post about the ac woes: I went to VIP and Autozone to buy a belt for the Jeep for one without ac. Not an option. According to them there isn't one listed. 2001 Cherokee. AC was standard equipment on all Cherokees that year?

I think that it's the same belt. I don't know if A/C came standard in '01, but on earlier models there was just a bypass pulley where the A/C compressor goes.

correct. There should be a bracket and pulley to mount where an A/C pump should be.

Belt is the same.

Should be a 1025k6 or K7. For some reason I am drawing a blank on the number of ribs??????
