Transmission whatsit?

First off, what is the rubber block with four bolts, which the trans crossbrace bolts to called? A transmission mount? A transmission support?

TNT belly pan causes transmission/xfer case to bang into each other. I may need to shim the trans up higher? Or replace the rubber mount?

If everybody sells solid and semisolid motor mounts, why dont I ever see this rubber thing upgraded? Does anybody make/sell an upgraded mount?

Transmission mount...I think energy makes one
