Coolant leak

I sometimes get a leak from around the upper radiator hose, sometimes at the radiator, sometimes at the t-stat housing. It leaks when the motor is cold and then stops when things heat up. The hose is about two months old and the t-stat hosing is a little rough. Other than retighting the hose clamps everytime any other suggestions on how to fix?

Hit the parts store and pickup a small bottle of 'Indian Head' gasket cement, it has a little cotton applicator attached to the lid. Remove the hoses, run a 1" bead of the stuff around the inside ends of the hoses and put em back on, tighten the hose clamps with a 1/4" ratchet or a wrench, the screwdriver bit or nut driver really does not get them tight enough,
