so im about to get those s-10 leaf packs for my XJ, what years should i be looking for? (if it even makes a difference...) thanks in advance

87 to 93 out of a 4x4 S-10. Get the 4 leaf pack not the 3 leaf.

Good write up at the bottom. They use Dakota leafs but its all good. If you need more lift get yourself some drop shackles off of a full size chevy.

will a 95 4x4 work? they dont have anything in 4x4 that's older..

doesnt matter if its from a 2wd, but cut the ends of the longest leaf and put it under your jeep leaf before you put anything else under there, since the s10leafs have so much more arch and are more heavy duty than the stock jeep stuff. Adding small leafs with alot of arch will just invert the jeep leaf eventually. And you can use just about any 2.5" leaf w/ a 5/16" center pin
