I already tried searching and can't find anything about the factory Trac-Lok rear end. Does anyone know anything about these? How would you know if you have it?

it's Jeep's name for a Limited Slip.
There should be a tag on the diff, if that's no there you can pop the diff cover and look.
The most fun way is to find a gravel lot and spin the rears. If one spins, open, if both spin, LSD.
Of course you could have one and if it's worn out then the gravel parking lot test doesn't work.

On my rear axle, there was a sticker tag on the passenger side near the end of the axle. Should say the gear ratio and if it has Trac Lok or not. if its got quite a few miles on it, then you may need to pop the cover of the diff. and look towrd the axle ends see.

A relatively simple way to tell whether or not you have a working Trac-Lok:

Jack up the rear axle by the pumpkin (get both wheels off the ground).

Rotate one wheel by hand, if the other wheel turns in the same direction, you've got yourself some kind of a working limited slip in there.

If the other wheel rotates the opposite way, you've got an open rear.

Good luck.
