I'am about to swap a waggy 44 in front, and wondering what is the best way to make the upper mounts. Also how thick is the plate that people are bending to go over the diff housing? Would 1/4" be enoungh or should it be 5/16"?

Dude, you are doing the same thing I am.
I got a built waggy in the front and a toy elocker in the back.
But I think Im going the BrettM route and running leaf front and 4 link rear

I'am going coil up front with the waggy, and coil in the rear with a 87 toy 8".
I figure the toy rear will be good enough for a 35" and a spool. My last toy I wheeled it with 36" and 5.29 R&P and had no breakages for about five years of wheelin in a club. when I start my build I will post some pics. probibly after memorial day.
