ok i was searching around at work today (oreilly's) and found a cheaper alternitive to the expensive extended brake lines that all the shops sell:
99 Dodge half ton 4x4 front and rear brake lines fit the same as xj lines but are around 1-1/2 times as long (somewhere around 32 inches long or more i didnt measure cause it got busy) and should work for the people with over 3 inches of lift. the only drawback i can find is that the dodge lines have a metal bracket in the middle that shapes them into a u, however this can be cut off easily and will get you some brake lines capable of massive flex.... didnt know if this has been posted before so i thought i would share
