if you're right hand drive (new zealand) it would be on the left side of the steering wheel... i think, never seen a RHD in person

Sounds as though it should be on the left or right of the steering column; thanks I will have another look.I didnt spot it last time I looked there.It may be hiding.Thanks.

It's under the glove box where ever that is.

Its only under the glove box on earlier models as mine is 1999 the glove box is down under and a air bag in up top.

Yes the 87-96 had in under the passengerside dash and 97-01 had it under the driverside.
