My alternator bearing is bad, it makes a LOT of noise. Is it possible to swap just the bearings in them? Difficult? Where to get them?

If you can get it apart, take the old bearing down to your local industrial supply place and they should be able to match it up.

And I might add at alot better price than a parts house..(I get all kinds of bearings at places like this I.E. bearing and industrial supply houses)
