The tow hook brackets come with everything except the big through frame bolts, $80 local pick-up or $100 shipped anywhere in the lower 48.
The NP231 is out of my '93, 23 spline input, has a Tom Woods SYE installed(flange style output), and is in good working order. You can have the shift linkage and bezel with it if you want. Local only please as I do not want to ship it. $300 OBO.
